Inventory Control Specialist - Logistics

The Inventory Control Specialist is a key player in maintaining item and financial accuracy within the store network. This role requires independence, flexibility, motivation, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences that drive sales.

• Organize and maintain stockrooms and sales floor, ensuring they are re-stocked and tidy.
• Complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Assist the team with inventory control initiatives.

• Accountability, accuracy, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
