Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Provide clerical and customer service support for front and back of house boutique operations during the temporary seasonal period. Assist sales team with merchandising, packaging, client interactions, after sales tasks, and phone responses while maintaining Hermes standards of service and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and offer prompt friendly assistance on the selling floor
• Support sales process by hanging and returning merchandise and retrieving stock
• Prepare and maintain stock room and selling floor presentation
• Stock packaging materials such as bags, boxes, ribbons, and note cards
• Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
• Support client service tasks including logging repairs and contacting clients
• Answer phones and provide timely courteous customer service
• Support concierge, doorperson, and greeter host activities

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Able to perform clerical tasks and follow supervisory direction
