Gallery Support Associate

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests while supporting gallery operations, equipment, and facilities. Assist with merchandise preparation, shipments, inventory tasks, and movement of furniture to maintain a curated sales floor environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process shipments to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Manage inventory preparation and execution
• Maintain care of equipment and gallery facilities
• Follow company vision, values and service standards daily

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results-driven attitude
• Commitment to quality with strong attention to detail
• Superior organization and time-management skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Ability to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
