Summary
The Logistics Processor is responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and maintaining organized stockrooms and selling floors while providing excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise
- Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize backroom areas
- Fulfill customer orders timely following quality and packing standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders following shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
- Assist with store support tasks such as markdowns and relocating fixtures
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support set up of special events and other store activities
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
