Summary

The Retail Stock associate is responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and store standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise and deliver items to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research shipments
• Assist with maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store needs such as setting up events, markdowns and relocating fixtures

Requirements

• Open availability, including early start times and flexible scheduling based on business needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Physical ability to frequently bend, squat, reach and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities
• Comfort using various technologies and inventory applications
