Retail Stock and Fulfillment - Fashion Valley

As a Retail Stock and Fulfillment associate at Fashion Valley, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient logistics and outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining organized stockrooms and selling floors.

• Receive, unload, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events and organizing backroom.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using a variety of technology and computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
