Job Description

Summary

The Retail Talent Acquisition Partner leads end-to-end recruitment for retail roles, partnering with business and HR leaders to attract and hire hourly and management talent while delivering a high-touch candidate experience. This role is strategic and hands-on, responsible for driving recruitment initiatives and building proactive talent pipelines. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience for active and passive candidates
  • Plan and execute recruiting, networking, and hiring events
  • Meet recruitment metrics such as time to fill and quality of hire
  • Develop creative sourcing solutions and maintain talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner on employment brand initiatives
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Requirements

  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in luxury retail
  • Full fluency in Spanish, written and verbal
  • Customer first mindset with ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring and diverse talent pipelines
  • Passion for luxury retail and its client experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
