Summary
Lead the design, development, and delivery of retail training programs to elevate service excellence, product knowledge, and client engagement across boutiques. Partner with retail leadership and corporate teams to localize global content, support new store openings, and drive retail performance through effective learning initiatives and operational best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing retail employees.
- Develop and deliver learning modules on luxury service, sales techniques, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and brand heritage.
- Localize global training content through collaboration with HQ and cross functional teams.
- Assess training needs via store visits, performance data, and feedback and measure effectiveness with KPIs.
- Support store managers with coaching and in store training routines and lead onboarding experiences.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform strategy.
- Drive operational excellence to support sales growth, expense control, and profitability.
- Identify and address underperforming store metrics and implement improvement actions.
- Promote an inclusive culture and model open communication and accountability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience managing across multiple US stores with strong operations background.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail and proven record of launching new store openings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with KPI tracking, P&L management, and operational standards.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, MS Office Suite, and e learning tools.
- Ability to work a full time varied schedule including nights weekends and holidays as needed.
- Up to 50% travel availability.
- Authorized to work in the United States and available to work in New York City.
