Summary
Training Manager responsible for designing, developing, and implementing brand product and sales training for the North America market. Role partners with Sales Customer Service After Sales and Marketing to deliver blended learning including in person virtual and digital formats and ensures alignment with business objectives. Position requires strong facilitation instructional design and project management skills and frequent travel.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of the annual training calendar and virtual training cadence
- Manage communication related to training initiatives and registration processes
- Develop engaging learning solutions using instructional design and adult learning principles
- Partner with subject matter experts to create and maintain high quality training content
- Maintain training content on the Learning Management System
- Facilitate seminars workshops webinars onboarding programs and sales events for Sales teams and clients
- Manage ABO training registration coordination communication and follow up
- Ensure consistent execution post event reporting and tracking of training activities
- Monitor training and travel budgets and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a training professional
- BS in Education Training Talent Development or relevant field
- Fluent in English Spanish or French a plus
- Availability to travel up to 85 percent
- Strong presentation facilitation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational project management and planning skills
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and digital training tools
- Experience in luxury industries and passion for elevated client experience
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives meet deadlines and work with autonomy
