Retouching Intern

Summary

Paid 10-week summer internship supporting the Retouching and Post-Production Team. Intern will assist with image file management, basic retouching of still-life and on-model e-commerce imagery, and support junior and senior retouchers on ad-hoc projects while developing skills through team learning events.

Responsibilities

• Help with file management and organization of the internal image database
• Assist Junior Retoucher with comping e-commerce imagery for third party retouching vendors
• Retouch still-life and on-model e-commerce images as needed
• Support Senior Retoucher on small ad-hoc projects for social media brand campaigns and print ads
• Complete introductory level retouching test and submit portfolio before and after images
• Contribute ideas for monthly lunch and learn topics on retouching techniques and trends

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field with minimum 3.0 GPA
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects per week
• Positive collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Bridge
• Working knowledge of Capture One highly preferred
