Returns Desk Associate

As a Returns Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating returns and supporting daily operations under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure a seamless return process and maintain an organized work environment.

• Open and close the digital return register daily.
• Maintain a neat and organized environment.
• Follow protocols for processing returns, adjustments, and reconciling reports.
• Ensure product security and integrity, especially for .com returns.
• Resolve customer issues and support related operations such as cash reconciliation and gift card events.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Operations, Asset Protection, and management teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients and store teams.
• Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and handle merchandise.
• Knowledge of POS systems and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule and attention to detail.
