Summary
Luxury Sales Advisor Keyholder responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, achieving individual and store sales targets, and supporting store operations at Woodbury Commons. Acts as a brand ambassador, builds long term client relationships, and assists the Store Manager with opening and closing duties and daily store standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop positive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell
- Meet and exceed CRM retention goals and individual sales targets
- Use the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to recruit new clients and drive business
- Gather market information on trends events competitors activities and products
- Collaborate with colleagues across the store and company to achieve results
- Implement stock procedures and maintain inventory level knowledge
- Maintain visual standards and report issues or risks promptly
- Open and close the store and perform keyholder responsibilities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of mens formalwear and high end fashion
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Flexible to work in a multicultural context and available for weekends
- Proactive self development attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month annual inventory and holiday season
