Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Woodbury location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build customer relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Build sales through styling expertise, seasonal trends and product knowledge
- Manage client journey stages and drive repeat business through follow up
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand product and DNA
- Open and close the store according to procedure
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with focus on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
