The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge.
• Build client relationships and grow business through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Coach colleagues, contribute to training, and support a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer sales and service is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move and stand for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
