Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional in-store customer service, building lasting client relationships through personalized styling and thoughtful recommendations. This role drives sales performance using clienteling and digital tools while supporting store standards, visual presentation, and team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service and styling recommendations to customers on the sales floor.
• Drive individual sales goals and contribute to team targets through outreach and wardrobing strategies.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and support merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, hiring efforts, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register and remain on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout sales, stock, and dressing areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; experience using digital sales tools preferred.
