Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional client experiences through personalized service, detailed product knowledge, and sophisticated styling recommendations. They drive sales performance, leverage digital tools for clienteling, and support the store by coaching colleagues and upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Drive individual and team sales performance, meet KPIs, and support monthly and annual sales plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools (e.g., Polo connect) to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, participate in training, and support talent sourcing.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and maneuver on the sales floor; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools preferred.
