Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and help customers with product knowledge, fashion, styling, and fitting-room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Support store programs, operational activities, and company training, and share product feedback with management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold company policies and provide a welcoming customer experience.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; overnight shifts and travel may be required.
