The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product expertise, and thoughtful styling. This role builds client relationships, drives sales, and supports the success of the store team.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals through clienteling, outreach, and digital tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and support team sales plans and service standards.
• Maintain store visual standards, support store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
• Help coach colleagues and contribute to training, talent sourcing, and an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Comfort operating a register and using digital tools to serve customers.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
