Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations while showcasing detailed product knowledge.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
• Coach colleagues in customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Capture customer information through CRM tools and adapt service for remote and in-person interactions.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives and training, and provide feedback to management.
• Support a positive team environment and help identify potential talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience using digital tools to sell to customers preferred.
