Summary
Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and curating personalized styling experiences to drive sales and client loyalty. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge.
- Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
- Drive sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors and relationship building skills.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and visual techniques.
- Support recruiting efforts by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and back areas.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital tools to sell and support clienteling preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
