Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow relationships
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge to customers
• Open new customer accounts for the rewards program
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Collaborate with team members and assist in other departments as needed
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
