Summary

Provide personalized styling advice and build client relationships while representing the brand through professional salesmanship. Deliver product education on fit, construction, and style and support store operations and visual standards. Participate in training to develop expertise and meet store sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multi-layered training to develop product and sales skills
• Present and educate customers on Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through personalized service
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays following visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
• Perform duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
