Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Build personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and individual performance indicators.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training and development.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
• Capture customer information through CRM tools and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use registers and digital sales tools, and to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
