The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences by delivering personalized service, thoughtful styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual sales performance, and supports the store team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, contribute to training, and support team initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, share feedback with management, and foster a positive team environment.
• Participate in community outreach and help identify prospective talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
