Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team sales plans.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors and contribute to training, talent sourcing, and team development.
• Maintain store visual standards, provide feedback to management, and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Use customer relationship management tools to capture client information and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital selling tools, operate a register, and work across the sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
