Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and styling recommendations.
- Drive sales by supporting team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach and digital clienteling tools.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and techniques.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Support recruitment by engaging in networking and talent sourcing.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and support team training and initiatives.
