The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional, personalized service and creates engaging lifestyle experiences for customers. The role builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow sales through clienteling, outreach, digital tools, and comprehensive wardrobing.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to team sales plans.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and adapt recommendations to customer preferences and shopping needs.
• Coach colleagues, support training and talent sourcing, and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital sales experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
