Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and provide thoughtful styling recommendations.
• Build client relationships through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet individual sales goals and support team sales plans and performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives and training.
• Support colleagues through coaching, collaboration, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools, operate a register, and work flexibly across the sales floor and store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
