Summary

Sales Ambassadors provide personalized service and styling recommendations while building lasting customer relationships. They contribute to sales goals, clienteling, and a positive, collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and offer thoughtful styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and individual performance through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools.
• Build customer relationships and capture client data using customer relationship management tools.
• Support team performance by coaching colleagues, contributing to training, and participating in store initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, provide feedback to management, and help identify talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer sales and service is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
