Job Description

Summary

Join the store team as a Sales And Client Advisor With Keys reporting to the Store Director. You will support daily store operations, ensure opening and closing procedures are followed, and deliver exceptional customer service to meet sales goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals
  • Open and close the store and assist management with daily operations
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for easy access to merchandise
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure communication of visual standards to the team
  • Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness and maintain fixtures and supplies
  • Manage cash registers and safe procedures and ensure accurate deposits
  • Reduce store shrinkage by partnering with stock and operations teams
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately and timely
  • Apply and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
  • Ability to provide excellent service to local and international clients in French and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals
  • Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
