Summary
Provide signature Balenciaga client service to drive store sales and support the management team at Woodbury Commons. Deliver omnichannel experiences, present collections with storytelling, maintain visual standards, and contribute to front and back of house operations while embodying brand behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs and qualitative goals
- Handle client requests and complaints and report to management
- Provide client feedback and maintain client portfolio using Luce app
- Ensure product availability working closely with stock team
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation guidelines
- Process client transactions including in store and distant sales
- Promote and execute omnichannel services and prepare deliveries and shipments
- Support stock control, inventories and retail excellence processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate teamwork
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience
- Good digital and IT skills including MS Office
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of fashion trends
- Good listening ability and general culture level
- Adaptability, reactivity, curiosity and authenticity
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment and respect brand behaviors
