Summary
Customer-facing role responsible for buying and selling premium pre-owned watches, managing appointments, and driving sales and purchases to achieve KPI targets. The advisor will manage the end-to-end customer sales process, negotiate prices including part exchange, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule customer appointments via phone and email following appointment only policy
- Buy and sell watches, negotiate prices and handle part exchanges to secure margin
- Manage the full customer sales process from contact to after sales
- Welcome customers and demonstrate excellent customer service during viewings
- Ensure compliance with sales, financial and security procedures
- Undertake daily and monthly stock control and stock takes
- Handle live orders after payment and resolve after sales queries
Requirements
- Experience working with key performance indicators and sales targets
- Proven negotiation skills, ideally including part exchange experience
- Retail sales experience dealing with customers one to one and telephone sales
- Strong communication skills and a personable, polite manner
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and follow procedures
- Ability to absorb technical information and follow directions precisely
- Results driven and motivated with confidence in meeting targets
