Sales Associate - Aventura

As a Sales Associate at Cartier in Aventura, you will serve as an ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and enhancing client experiences. You will play a key role in daily boutique operations and client relationship management.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain outstanding standards.
• Adapt approach based on client needs and motivations.
• Assist and support after-sales clients in line with Maison values.
• Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
• Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
• Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
• Participate in inventories and cycle counts.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Available to work retail hours and travel for trainings and events.
