Sales Associate - 59th Street

Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales on the retail floor at the 59th Street location. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining visual standards, and executing merchandising plans. The Sales Associate will work collaboratively with the store team to meet individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide product knowledge and styling recommendations to drive sales.
• Execute merchandising and visual standards to maintain an attractive sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns and exchanges per store policy.
• Maintain organized stockroom and replenish sales floor merchandise as needed.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a department store or specialty retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic point-of-sale and cash handling experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
