Summary

Provide personalized customer service and drive sales on the retail floor for a luxury brand at the 59th Street store. Engage with clients, maintain visual standards, and support daily store operations to achieve sales targets and deliver a high-end shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, build long-term client relationships, and drive sales through personalized service.
• Demonstrate product features, provide recommendations, and conduct client education to increase conversions.
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns/exchanges, and meet individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock product, and ensure the sales floor is organized and presentation-ready.
• Support inventory tasks, loss prevention, and opening/closing procedures as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or luxury customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and understanding of luxury brand presentation standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
