Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through suggestive selling and clienteling.
• Maintain merchandise displays, replenish stock, and ensure a tidy, premium shopping environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle returns/exchanges per policy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and cash handling skills; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
