Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering a high level of customer service on the sales floor, assisting clients with product selection, and supporting sales goals for the boutique within the store. The role requires maintaining an inviting presentation of merchandise and collaborating with the team to ensure excellent guest experiences. This is a part-time, in-store position on the 59th Street floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide product recommendations to drive sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is well stocked and presented.
• Process transactions accurately and follow store cash handling procedures.
• Build client relationships and assist with fitting, styling, and product care guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team sales targets and support store operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, particularly in fashion or luxury goods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
