Summary
The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional client service from welcome to close and representing product and brand knowledge to exceed customer expectations and meet sales goals. This role supports store operations, visual merchandising, and team initiatives while maintaining professional standards and flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and develop sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain client correspondence and build lasting relationships.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory.
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
- Support company initiatives including product launches and training new associates.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible team player able to work in a demanding environment.
- Availability to be scheduled any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Be available to work 40 hours weekly.
