Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow sales
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling and product advice with confidence and honesty
- Open new customer reward program accounts
- Support department readiness by filling orders and restocking
- Handle price markdowns and remerchandising
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready environment
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs dictate
Requirements
