Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using company tools and resources
• Support execution of store and company initiatives
• Participate in team training to drive business results
• Engage clients through outreach and customer engagement strategies
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital shopping tools
• Maintain sales floor and store standards consistently
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Support a collaborative environment focused on customer experience

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor and operate the register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Planning and time management skills
