Sales Associate - Aventura

As a Sales Associate at Cartier in Aventura, you will serve as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and developing client relationships. You will ensure a unique client experience and participate in the daily operations of the boutique.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards.
• Adapt approach according to client needs and handle objections.
• Support after-sales clients and provide recommendations.
• Cultivate client relationships and participate in CRM initiatives.
• Resolve client issues and escalate as needed.
• Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
• Comply with security and operational policies.
• Assist with boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
• Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday.
• Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional demeanor and team-player approach.
• Availability to work retail hours and travel for events.
