Sales Associate - Aventura

Summary

The Sales Associate represents the Maison and delivers an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets. The role develops client relationships and supports the daily operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional service throughout the client journey.
• Build and maintain client relationships, accurately capture client information, and resolve concerns.
• Support in-store and offsite events, and stay current on industry news and competitors.
• Assist with boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and other daily operations.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, along with other retail hours.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Additional language skills and knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
