Summary

Join the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales across lingerie, women's apparel, men's apparel, shoes, kidswear and beauty. Participate in on-site hiring events and be prepared for on-the-spot offers for most roles. This role focuses on retail selling, customer engagement and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming shopping experience
• Recommend and sell merchandise across assigned departments
• Process transactions and handle cash or electronic payments accurately
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance
• Support fitting room and inventory tasks as needed
• Participate in store events and hiring activities when requested
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals

Requirements

• Retail sales experience, preferably in apparel or beauty
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods and light physical tasks
• Basic cash handling and point of sale system familiarity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
