Summary
The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador providing exceptional customer service from welcome to close, representing product and service expertise to elevate the client experience and achieve store goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and industry awareness
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory and special projects
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code
- Assist with visual merchandising under direction from corporate and management
- Support team goals and participate in training of new sales associates when requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment
- Strong organization communication and follow up skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands
- Results oriented self motivated with ability to achieve management defined goals
- Flexible team player able to work in a demanding environment
- Availability to work any day of the week including weekends
- Computer proficiency
- Be available to work 40 hours weekly
