The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from welcome to close, representing the brand and serving as a product and service expert to elevate the client experience and meet store goals.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers and develop client relationships.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive repeat sales.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and awareness of company history and industry trends.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards and maintain professional appearance.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing duties and inventory tasks.
- Support product launches and company initiatives related to customer service and selling.
- Assist with visual merchandising under direction from management and corporate.
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested and collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated with ability to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends and able to work 40 hours weekly.
- Computer proficiency required.
