Sales Associate

Summary

Drive individual and store sales while delivering an excellent luxury customer experience. Develop new customers and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service in line with brand standards.
• Build customer loyalty through client development, follow-up, and maintaining a detailed client book.
• Maintain visual standards, replenish merchandise, and keep the selling floor and fitting rooms organized.
• Support markdowns, inventory, stockroom maintenance, and store contests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong clienteling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems; flexible and team-oriented.
