Summary
Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand in-store and virtually while supporting store operations at the Camarillo Premium Outlets. Develop and maintain personal clientele, meet sales targets, and uphold visual and service standards. Perform cash handling, key-holder duties, inventory tasks, and assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve clients with attentive, knowledgeable assistance and support the try-on and selection process
- Develop and maintain client relationships through calls, emails, and thank you letters
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets and proactively pursue sales opportunities
- Perform cash wrap duties, register operation, store opening and closing as a key holder
- Assist with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and back of house tasks
- Maintain visual merchandising and merchandise product on the sales floor
- Follow end of day procedures including bag checks and organizational standards
- Use internal systems for attendance and workforce management
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or footwear
- Ability to develop and maintain a personal clientele
- Proficiency with point of sale systems and basic cash handling
- Strong communication skills for phone and email follow up
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a commission driven environment
- Willingness to perform physical tasks related to inventory and shipping
- Adherence to uniform grooming and company policies
