Summary
Provide exceptional client service to develop personal clientele and represent the brand both in-store and virtually. Perform sales transactions, maintain product knowledge, support store operations including opening and closing duties, and help achieve monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and knowledgeable assistance to clients and maintain high service standards
- Manage client book with follow up via phone and email and send thank you notes
- Perform cash handling and key-holder duties including store opening and closing
- Process sales at the register and assist with shipping merchandise out-of-town
- Support inventory management, shipping and receiving, and back of house tasks
- Merchandise product and ensure visual standards are maintained
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and proactively pursue sales opportunities
- Adhere to uniform, grooming, attendance and end-of-day procedures
- Participate in special projects and assist where needed
Requirements
- Proven retail sales experience with clienteling skills
- Ability to fulfill key-holder responsibilities and handle cash accurately
- Strong product knowledge and ability to assist in try-on process
- Proficiency with register systems and basic inventory procedures
- Excellent communication skills for phone and email follow up
- Organizational skills and attention to visual merchandising
- Ability to work full time in a store environment and meet sales targets
- Flexibility to perform back of house, shipping and receiving duties
