Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals through effective use of the Dior selling ceremony and mastery of product knowledge.

- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping as needed.
- Problem solve in partnership with the leadership team.
- Make informed suggestions to elevate service and productivity.
- Participate in trunk shows and other sales promotions as an ambassador of the business.
- Manage individual stock assignments, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
- Communicate best sellers and stock levels to management.
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude.
Requirements- 2 to 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to evolving business trends.
