Client Advisor

We are currently seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. As a Client Advisor, you will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals through client outreach and developing new clients. You will be part of a brand that values individuality and creativity, rooted in Italian culture with a global outlook.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and maintain client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
• Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work closing shifts and during the holiday season.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages regularly.
